Coordinate church responsibilities

Staff and authorized ministry leaders use ROCK to coordinate member care, communications, events, tasks, and volunteer schedules. Available features and records depend on each person's role.

Bring your responsibilities into Google Calendar

Where Google Calendar is enabled for your account, My Calendar lets you choose to connect a Google account and sync assigned tasks and accepted volunteer shifts. ROCK creates a dedicated ROCK responsibilities calendar and keeps the selected entries updated, including their titles, dates or times, and links back to ROCK.

This optional connection manages calendars created by ROCK. It does not request access to your existing personal calendars, email, or Google Drive. You can disconnect at any time; entries already copied to Google remain until you remove them there.
